I'm a master student and conduct a research in software engineering.
My job needs me to sit more than 12 hours on front of the computer.
My weight 45 and height 148cm (normal for asian thogh..hehe).
My problem now is there's fat visibly seen around my abs. How to get rid of it?

Yes, it is very obvious there will be fat deposit.
All you can do is exercise early in the morning; do at least for an hour.
Avoid foods which consist of high fat, instead include lots of fruits.
And when you wake up in the morning, take a glass of water add few drops of lemon and add a tbsp of honey. Drink it every day, this is a great anti oxidant.

I have also been taking it every morning for some years now.
Do remember that the water should be tepid or mildly warm, not cold. Cold water decreases the efficacy of the process

Yes rin201, avoid cold water, or icy water, icy coke and so forth.
Thanks for reminding, usually all women knew the fact..yet,
sometimes we cannot control ourselves from drinking cold
water..as for me i must drink coca-cola once or twice a week.. :( .

One of the best things I've found for flattening abs is a diet high in fiber and probiotics to keep your digestive system in good working order. Sitting at a desk can cause your digestive system to slow to a crawl causing bloating. High fiber diets keep everything flowing and regular and the probiotics give your digestive system an optimal working environment.

The other thing I do, is drink lots of water and snack on yogurt for the same reasons. Regular exercise helps too but sometimes it's hard to fit into a busy schedule. You can do isometrics at your desk by tensing the muscle groups you want to work on and holding for a count of ten then releasing for ten. Sounds like a simple thing but it really does help. This is a great way to strengthen and tone your body while you work and it really does work.
