Calculate your running calory burn

Here is the simple formula to calculate your burned callories during your running:

Here is the table showing your callory burn per KG according to your speed:
8km/h 8
9,6 km/h 10
11,2 km/h 11,5
12 km/h 12,5
12,8 km/h 13,5
14,4 km/h 15
16km/h 16
17,4 km/h 18

So lets say you are running for half an hour at 16km/h. Each kilogram of your weight looses 16 calories. If you weight lets say 70kg, so 70*16/2=560. You will loose 560 calories.

But what is the relation of calories and kilogram? How many calories is equal to a Kg? Lets suppose you say we burnt 560 calories then how much weight we loose?
