Everyone loves a dazzling, bright smile. And in recent years, a great deal of focus has been placed not only on the ideal shape and uniformity of our teeth, but also their color.

Cosmetic dentists offer several whitening procedures, which may be quite costly. For example, applying bleaching gel to the teeth in conjunction with laser treatment to accelerate the tooth whitening process. But most people opt for more economical and convenient "at-home" teeth whitening procedures.

At home products are advantageous in every way. It yields long-term results that can be maintained. You can use these products for about 6 months and a stretch and then stop for some time. As you feel the need to use a whitening agent again, you can repeat the process. It is less expensive while the result is truly surprising - so you can always go ahead and try them out.

strawberries can be use as the teeth whitening remedies. This is a great way to enjoy some healthy fruits, keep your tooth white while getting plenty of vitamins and minerals for your body. You can also try to rub the strawberries on your teeth and brush them right afterward.

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is widely used as a cleaning agent, deodorizer, and is one of the great teeth whitening remedies at home. Even though there are toothpaste you can buy that contain baking soda, there's nothing wrong put mixing it with water and apply on your teeth using brush. By doing this, you can remove the stains and make your teeth more shinny. However, if you teeth are not naturally white, it won't help that much.
Lemon juice: Another great teeth whitening remedy that most people can afford is lemon juice. You can either brush your teeth with it or rub the lemon on them. However, lemon has lots of citrus acid and can weaken the enamel and affect your teeth. It is also not recommended by dentist because lemon may cause side affect for your teeth.

White Ice is the coolest, most effective way to make you teeth white, it is also safe, very convenient and perfect for any occasion. White Ice fits in the palm of your hand, removes the stains and acts like a lipstick for your teeth.

Hydrogen peroxide is definitely safe to use on your teeth. Dentists all over the country have been using this for years. They all use some sort of peroxide solution for their professional teeth whitening services. Granted their methods are much more complex and use light treatment to speed up the process. The basic whitening agent is the same, though. So there is really nothing to worry about when it comes to using hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening products.

You can also use baking soda mixture and salt that can be very beneficial in removing stains that are very stubborn. You can do this twice weekly and rinse off using your favorite toothpaste.
