How often do you exfoliate? What products are you using for skin exfoliation? Is it really necessary to exfoliate?

Yes it is necessary to exfoliate because this is how we get rid of the dead skin cells. It's advisable to use facial and body scrubs once a week as it will make the skin dry if you do it more often. I use an organic ingredient and also my own recipe. You can combine oatmeal and lemon juice and use it as facial scrub.
