* Keep perfume at room temperature - exposing it to excessive hot or cold temperatures may influence the balance of certain perfume notes and/or ingredients. Forget about the medicine cabinet: the bathroom is a humid environment and gets warmer with hot showers.
* Keep perfume bottle tightly closed, in the case of splash versions, to keep the alcohol from evaporating too quickly.
* Spray perfume containers are sealed and not exposed to air, so their shelf life is longer.
* Store your perfume in dark places, avoiding direct sunlight:
o The closet or a dresser drawer may be suitable places.
o You may also keep your perfume inside the box.
* You will find that perfume in blue or opaque bottles tend to last longer than in clear bottles.
