Bad news on swine influenza A (H1N1). Help to survive!

Prevention of swine influenza.
Everyone already knows that this epidemic is worldwide ..
in our town (population 12,500 people) have recently identified more than 50 people became infected with influenza A (H1N1).
Tell me please, what steps can be taken for prevention. . how to protect yourself and your family? Has anyone encountered this problem?

So far me and my family have been safe from AH1N1 virus and I'm very much happy about that. We just make sure that we wash our hands frequently and get flu shots.
