I have a good and fully 100% natural solution.

Wash your face with cold water and soap every night and wear a good moisturizing cream, this really works and your complexion will get lighter, those so-called creams that are meant to do wonders don't really work.

so try that...

Fruits juices are very healthy and give our body more nutrition. I do believe that lemons, pineapple, and oranges can help lighten our complexion because it has a bleaching power. Applying lemon juice on your skin regularly will help. However, you cannot expect a huge difference. If you have dark skin pigmentation, that maybe caused of extreme exposure to sunlight. Use a good moisturizer with high spf level to not only protect your skin from darkening but also from aging and wrinkles.

Wouldn't this dry you skin really fast?

No it doesn't, unless you have a very dry skin then this may make the skin drier. I mix lemon and powdered milk together and apply it on my skin as a mask and it's very nourishing. I have oily skin so it works great on me. It has kept my skin soft and healthy for a long time. I do this once a week alternately with other facial mask recipe and so far I'm happy. I don't let my skin to get used to a single skin care recipe/product because if I do, my skin adapts to that product/recipe and it doesn't show any good results any more. Just like using one shampoo for a long time and the hair either gets too dry or no longer work well.

Thanks for the clarification dazzler. I have problematic combination skin that is why I am very paranoid about what I put on it, no chemicals and no strong ingredients. I will have to try it out. Especially on the Tzone!

Hi,

I would suggest you to use maximum water at least 18 - 20 glasses in a day it will make your skin shiny and healthy and also use some fresh juices and don't forget to apply tomato on your skin. It will make your skin white and red Tomato is good moisturizer also. Most important thing is that you should eat good diet because it's a basic thing. If your diet is complete and energetic your skin will automatically glow up.

Have a Good Day!

Fresh juce is always good for health. But i think it should be made in home.Lemons, mangoes, oranges, coconuts are the best for using juice.
