View Full Version : Do u love to do Skipping ?

My ans is - I love to do skipping. Everyday I do it for 20-30 minut.
I think one of the best exercises that you can do to help boost endurance and coordination useful for becoming a better kickboxer is skipping. To better your kickboxing techniques, try these skipping exercises: -

• While skipping, raise your knees as high as you can (this will help with kneeing and kicking techniques)

• Skip side to side

• Skip forwards and backwards

• Skip for 3 minutes, rest for 1 minute, then repeat for several rounds

Don’t skip the skipping, it could be beneficial to your kickboxing training!

Very good tips dear.. I also love to doing skipping but I never know that
"Skip for 3 minutes, rest for 1 minute, then repeat for several rounds " - Its a new informations for me. So, from tommorow i will remember these things when i will skipping.. Thanks. :mrgreen:

It is better to get advice from doctor about skipping exercise. Skipping may jar uterus. Exercises shouldn’t cause any health problems.

Thank you for sharing.. I really don't like doing kickboxing but I'm interested in doing skipping.. besides I can use this for playing badminton..:(blush):
