I would like to instruct to people to make daily use of ginger in their food items because it contains rich nutrients. In India, People cook their food and put ginger pieces in it to have better taste and also get the nutrients. This keeps you healthy. :)

thanks for this. i have use in tea and in vegetale also. giger is best in cold and cough.
alepak is medicine by making ginger.
