Moisturizing before applying makeup

It is better to apply moisturiser at least 20 minutes before applying make-up. Moisturiser needs this time to sink into the skin, therefore make-up will adhere to the skin better and last longer.

I agree. if you apply makeup right after your moisturizer, you will have a cake feeling in your face. It's as if you're wearing a mask.:)

I believe moisturizing brings a different effect to ones face. It is advisable to put moisturizers even if your sister has an oily skin. Just make sure you go for water-based moisturizers. :)

Yes..........It is beneficial to massage a light moisturizer into your face before makeup and no matter what skin type you have.

I always do that because the moisturizer serves as the primer not to keep the makeup in place but for the purpose of adding a shield between your skin and the makeup so your skin doesn't absorb it.
