Easy ways to fill out lips

The whiter your teeth the fuller your lips appear! Exfoliate, using a damp paper towel, or toothbrush and vaseline. Put on lips and brush away the dead skin. 1-2 times/week! If applying lipstick make sure to make it lighter in the center and darker on the sides! Use *shimmer* powder/lip gloss and apply it on the center of your bottom lip and the bow of your top lip it creates an illusion of fullness! Contour the bottom of your lips with a darker shade (i.e. bronzer). :D

you can also dab a bit of gloss on the the middle part of your lips (not the whole lips)... it creates a 3D look
