When I use deodorant/anti-perspirant because I break out in cysts in my armpit. I've relegated myself to swabbing my armpits with alcohol several times a day, but this can get rather cumbersome if I'm out for the day, smells awful and isn't very effective for curtailing sweat. I've tried hypo-allegetic, sparys, roll on, gels....Anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe your underarm skin is sensitive. Have you tried seeking an advice from a dermatologist? What about deo stick?

I suggest you go to your dermatologist. They can suggest hypoallergenic products that is safe for your skin type. Hope everything goes well...

Just like what the other said,It's better for you to consult a dermatologist to give you some advice, maybe your underarm is sensitive and don't experiment with any brand because sometimes it cause allergies, the best solution is consulting a dermatologist.

You really need to consult to the dermatologist, because they are the one who knows what kind of deodorant is suit for your armpit. As the other said, your armpit is so sensitive. I usually use deodorant that is hypo-allergenic, my armpit didn't irritate but when I use deodorant that is not hypo-allergenic, my armpit begins to irritate.

Deodorants are substances applied to the body to eliminate body odor caused by the bacterial breakdown of perspiration. Deodorants work by neutralizing the smell of the sweat and by antiseptic action against bacteria. Deodorants are preferable because they don’t interfere with sweating, a natural cooling process.

If you have sensitive underarm, try using deodorants that are unscented.

That's right. Colorants and scents can on deo cause you skin irritation and breakout. Sometimes I get that on other brands too but the moment I notice a breakout, I immediately stop using it and try other unscented deo.

Try natural deodorant stone. It is made of 100% natural mineral salts and is fragrance free, chemicals free, aluminum free, it is hypoallergenic and is cheap :)
