which exercise is good for loosing weight?
you people are daily doing exercise?

The good exercises for losing weight are the cardio exercises at the gym, and the yogic asanas. But you have to be regular in whatever you do - and if you are regular, any exercise will help you lose weight

thanks for suggestion. but i cant go in gym daily morning. so you know any other home exercise.
