i want to loss my weight, daily i decided yes from tomorrow i will do exercise but that is not happen regularly. what is the solution on this?

Hi,
This is a very common problem and there is no solution to this apart from you having to make the effort.
I would recommend that you begin by just doing exercises in order to feel good. Weight loss will follow slowly but - it will come.
Only you can make the change - no one else can

I'm a big fan of isometrics, where you tense a muscle group and hold then release. They are a no-impact exercise and really do work. You can do them anytime, anywhere, with no special equipment. I don't know how much they would help with weight loss, but they'll definitely firm and tone your muscles giving you a leaner appearance.

Include chromium in your diet - Chromium is well known for weight loss diets. But it is also excellent for healing infections on the skin. ;)
