Do you people use sun screen

Well I don't know about everyone because everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion. But, I have heard that using to much sunscreen is just as bad if not worse than using none at all. It suffocates the skin. Makes the skin venerable. The skin is being blocked off for vitamins as well. When they get older there skin looks old faster than their age.

No I m not using sun cream but I m using moisturizer of ayur it is best.
I always use this moisturizer before going outside.

I live in sunny Florida. I slather myself in sunscreen. lol Not only is it in my moisturizer but I also put on a heavy spf (30 or higher) if I know I'll be outside for more than an hour. I recently made the mistake of taking a walk on the beach sans the sunscreen and burned pretty bad on my face and shoulders. Ouch!!
