A doctor once gave me a piece of advice which has been excellent. He said take your average weight of the last five years and rememnber that no matter how hard you try you will not be able to go below or over it - unless you go in for surgery.
He asked me not to stress myself and just try to be healthy and fit rather than a certain weight.

Imagine a fitness and healthy weight loss retreat for women only...that teaches normal eating, like you did before you started to worry about your weight...eating what you want...feeling great...liking yourself for who you are.

For me, if you are over weight, you can simply do exercises and watch your diet in order to maintain the average weight.

Okay, what kind of doctor told you that? I know tons of people whose weight have fluctuated so much within just a few years. Maybe if your lifestyle doesn't change and you don't have any problems within those years your weight won't change, but even the small things can cause stress and weight problems for anyone.

You can be healthy with the little heavy weight but it should be not so much that can harm you a lot. At the same time if you have less weight then you can be healthy and happy because you don't have the tension about the weight and the weight loss. I thing you should always keep your weight as it should be.

Hi
I plan to eat a healthy diet recommended by my nutritionist. But I have to exercise at night at the gym for two hours- free weights, weight machines and cardio classes.
Thanks~

Hi, I have read this post. Yoga is the best for our health. I have done my yoga teacher training course. Schedule is very important, when we are doing any type of workout and yoga also. yoga is the most benefit and feel fit or fine.

How does that help if you have been obese for the past 5 years?

If we only go with our daily calorie needs, avoid junk foods, and exercise there is no reason for us to worry about our weight unless there is a medication condition
