Hello there fellows! I like to share that I like to do exercise many times in a day but if didn't get do exercise many times so then i do only one time in a day, proper exercises is necessary for us to make our body in good conditions and we will be active if the body is good so certainly our mind feels happy so i request you people to do exercises daily. Will everybody accept this?

Ever since I have become regular in my exercises, I have felt much better and much less stressed. This has helped me a lot and taught me the value of keeping a regular schedule

yes, i am doing daily exercise in morning.
it makes me fit every time, by daily exercise i feel fresh for whole day.

what did you prefer in exercise? I like jogging about 30 minutes in early morning but for some reason I did'nt got up early in the morning I jog at evening just after sunset.

Yes, I like to do daily exercise. In morning I am doing exercise regularly. It is good for health.

Yes, Its very important for our life.. I am doing exercise since 5 years back.. So, i can say its my habbit too..

I never do exercises but i use to go where ever by walk only. Walking is the best exercise!

Before, I used to go to the gym. I am doing cardio and aerobic exercises. I always feel refreshed whenever I exercise and I noticed that I am always energetic even after a very tiring workout. But since I stopped going to the gym, I feel weak at times and my metabolism have slow down. Right now, what I do since I no longer have time to exercise, I would like to walk or jog whenever I get the chance. Especially when going to work. I just walk instead of driving or taking a cab.:)

I do exercise daily and also meditation. Meditation keeps my mind very relax. Good mental health can reduce many of the health risks. This is true from my personal experience.

Every day, without fail, I'll get some type of exercise. I usually do some weights and leg exercises to get the heart pumping in the early evening, and then later I'll go for a jog. I also try to get up several times a day and do stretches, as I work at a desk.
Since I've been doing this, along with eating well and taking omega 3, its made a huge difference in my energy level and outlook. :)

Not daily but may a few days or hours each week. Walking is my exercise

Yes I do like to exercise daily. It makes me more energized and healthy. My skin is a lot better and I hardly get sick. If I am too busy at work, I make sure that I do walking to relieve from stress.
