Physical fitness refers to body health, and is the result of regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery.

Make it your daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs and avoid escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your kids; toss balls with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class or tai chi or kickboxing. But that's great when you're up to it. Move more and feel better!

Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise.

Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e.,Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible.

If you can't live in a smog-free environment, at least avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning when air quality is good. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It's a good pollution deterrent.

Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it's because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don't?

Sign up for a membership at a gym or buy your own equipment. Try and go/use your equipment 4-6 times a week.

Go running.

Sign up for a sport league

Get workout friends. They're what make working out fun.

Diet with a buddy. Many successful weight-loss programs rely heavily on support groups: caring people who help one another succeed. Start your own, even with just one other person.

Avoid evening TV. Studies show that people who watch a lot of TV tend to be overweight. Overweight people will tell you that TV encourages them not only to sit still but also to snack.

Make dining an event. Eat from your own special plate, on your own special place mat, and borrow the Japanese art of food arranging to make your meal, however meager, look lovely. This is a trick that helps chronic overeaters and bingers pay attention to their food, instead of consuming it unconsciously.

Avoid consuming large quantities of fattening liquids, which are so easy to overdo. That includes alcohol.

Physical fitness is a lonterm project. It cannot be achieved in a short while. It has to be a sustained effort and requires will power and the desire to be healthy

Yes this is good to do exercises every day especially running and walking give good result so this is the good way to do some exercises but if you have particular time to do then you will have good health. We should make or take out some proper time from our daily life for exercise.

Open your mouth wide as if you are ready to scream, spread wide your eyes, stare ahead; and then revert to original position. Do it five times. Then repeat it five times while moving your head to left and to right.

Press your forehead (near the hairline) with your fingers and rub it with backward motion. Lines on the forehead, if any, will disappear by smooth rubbing.

Open your mouth wide and slide back your head. Now, open and close your mouth while moving your jaw as if munching. This action of opening and closing your mouth gives a good exercise to your mouth and jaw. Do it ten times.

Sit in front of your mirror. Twist your lips inward. Puff your mouth with air inside it. Now, let there be a laugh on one half of your face once, and on the other half next. Do it ten times in all. It will smooth your cheeks.

Twist lips, puff up cheeks with air in them, keep three fingers on each side and press slowly, without letting the air blow out. Remain in this pose for ten minutes. This is an effective exercise for cheeks and mouth.

Don't take long, hot showers. They may sound appealing, but they strip skin of its natural moisturizing lipids.
Before going outside in winter, apply a heavy layer of moisturizing sunscreen to the face, hands, and any other skin that may be exposed.

Blood circulation can be improved in the winter season, by eating warm cooked foods and drinking warm water. It will also clear the skin and keep healthy.
The air become dry, when the heat on and the windows closed. So, it can lead to itching problem. The best way to overcome from this condition is to use a humidifier, to place moisture in the air. It will helps to humidify the dry air.
The water-in-oil emulsion forms a protective layer on the skin and makes it more "moisturizing" than creams and lotions.

Dietary changes may also help your skin. Refrain or cut back on caffiene and increase your water intake especially during cold windy conditions.
Try to protect your hands from the cold air and low humidity, by wearing gloves, which are made up from material that does not irritate your skin.
Keeping the skin stimulated is a delicate balancing act. Too much can be as bad as too little. Never use anything that leaves your skin thirsty. If it feels sore or taught after using a product, stop using it.

morning exercise is good for physical fitness. don't eat heavy food before going to bed, it is bad for health.
