Dull skin generally means that your body is craving for more Vitamins C, D & E. And also that your body needs more fluids and consumption of more water will help

Hi,

Thanks for the tip. The thing is that our body needs vitamins all the time. Not just our skin. Often we feel tired and sleepy - it usually means we lack vitamins and minerals.

And of course our skin shows it all as it is the mirror of our inside.

THE skin tone has got a lot to do with the bodys diet, especially the minerals and vitamins, vitamin c AND a are very important for the healing and antibody production , dull lustreless skin usually is due to less intake of fluids! since the body require about 5-8 glasses of water, i.e. about 1.5 to 2 litres, less intake can cause the skin to appear dull, water dries off very fast from the skin when we prespire, so using and the loss is imperceptible, using a moisturiser will help the skin get some of the moisturisers back, however antiprespirants when they vapourise, cool the skin thus causing less loss from a cooler skin!
eating lot of green and colored vegetables will also help as the skin requires the vitamins and minerals specially zinc, selenium and calcium present in these vegetables and fruits.
eating less spicy and oily food will also do the skin some favor!
sometimes extra vitamin pills also may be of benefit, but better to take in naturally like in vegetables, fruits, and other diet.

Nice advise neo666 but you say here that by using moisture creams and other stuff like that would reduce the 'water dries off' part from our skin. Is it true that if someone can't drink a lot of water as you mention in your post about 2 liters then he or she put some moisture creams?
