Fruits are really good for our health. Drink fruit juice, eat fresh fruit. Because of eating fruit we feel energetic and fruit is good for skin also.

Instead of fruit juice, eat fresh fruits everyday. Juices take away the substance and fibre from the fruits and do not have all the nutrients that the actual fruits have. Even when we take out fresh juice in our homes, we still lose a lot of the nutrients

yes, that's so very true rin201, fresh fruits are much more better than fruit juice.
but just in case you missed out to eat fresh fruits, u should go for fruit juice as subtitute.
It' better than nothing.. Avocado, you should put it in your shopping-list...

yes, it is better to eat fruit instead of fruit juices. because in fruit much more vitamin and fiber.

My favorite fruits are melons. They also work as a diuretic and flush excess water. Double benefits!! :D

my favorite fruit is strawberry, mango and pineapple. i love mango, pineapple juice and strawberry milkshake also.

I know that eat fresh fruit is very good for our health.. Fruit juice is also good but if u buy it from any shop then its not too much good for ur health.. Its batter that u will make it at ur home... - then its more healthy.. :D

I believe with the saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away.Not just the apple but other fruits should also be part of our daily routine for a more healthy way of living.

Having fresh fruits every day is good for health in morning you can have banana with milk when you travel you ll be tired then you can have sweet lime juice which boosts you nad you can have all types of fresh fruits regularly,,,,,

Yeah fruits are healthy but one should wash and clean the fruits properly before eating. Apples are coated with wax, excess of fertilizers are found in surface of grapes. So be bit careful while consuming fruits.

Eating fruits does not only give us more energy but it makes our skin glow too. It hydrates the skin and it becomes softer, and looks younger :)

Go easy on the fruit juices, and eat lots of fresh fruit. A lot of the benefits that fruits provide are not available in the majority of processed drinks. Juices often contain sugars and preservatives that are not good for beauty. :) Instead, I'd recommend lots of water and fresh fruit. That would be healthier, and whats healthy is good for your looks.
