Jogging is good for health. Because of jogging we can lose weight easily.

But if you jog in the wrong fashion, if you wear the wrong shoes, then jogging can cause you harm
A brisk regular walk also helps, jogging can be combined with this in order to achieve good results.

i've seen in the healthy slot in tv, that before you're going to jog, should concern about where do you want to jog.
Whether you want to jog on the sand, on the road, or on the grass...this is important because it will affect the muscles of
your body. The doctors said the best is to jog on the grass becoz it less pressure on your heels..Hope this info will help.

hey guys!! I think jogging is hard on the knees isn't it? I would rather walk myself. I heard some doctor say walking was good for you as well. I guess if running makes you feel better then you should just keep it up. So, first I walk for 10 minutes and then run for about 20 minutes.

Jogging should not be indulged in by people who are older or who have knee problems. Also the advice given by Bluedianthus is good - if it is possible jog on grass. It is better for your feet.
