There is really no exercise for immediate weight loss. Yoga is a series of exercises which are beneficial not only for weight loss but also to make your body feel better.
Pranayam is a series of breathing techniques which are good to detoxify your body and also to help you reenergize

I my opinion running is the best exercise to reduce the weight quickly and gain the stamina of reducing the wait quickly, I used to run every morning when in high school, but now I don't do exercises at all because of work load. I totally agree with the idea that exercising does a lot good for our body.
